  • Internal Judging: On or about June 24, 2016, the Submissions will be judged as part of the Internal Judging round. A panel of qualified judges will select twenty five (25) Submissions from among all eligible entries based on the following criteria: the nature of the entrant’s involvement with and impact on his or her cause (40%), creativity of the entrant’s Submission (20%), and the extent to which the entrant’s efforts reflect a “Rebel Spirit” (40%) (the “Internal Judging Criteria“). In the event of a tie, the tie will be broken on the basis of the tied entrants’ scores in the “extent to which the entrant’s efforts reflect a “Rebel Spirit'” category.
  • Public Voting: The entrants who submitted the twenty five (25) Submissions that achieve the highest score in the Internal Judging phase (the “Semi-Finalists“) will move on to the Public Voting round. After selection of the Semi-Finalists, the Semi-Finalists’ Submissions will be posted at the Website for public viewing and judging by Website visitors. The Public Voting round will begin at approximately 12:00 a.m. ET on June 26, 2016 and continue through 11:59 p.m. ET on July 3, 2016 (“Public Voting Period“). Website visitors will be instructed to vote for the Submission that they believe should be in the Final Judging Round based on the following criteria: the extent to which the Semi-Finalist’s efforts have made an impact on his or her cause (50%), the extent to which the Semi-Finalist’s cause inspires others to take action (25%); and the extent to which the Semi-Finalist’s efforts reflect a “Rebel Spirit” (25%) (the “Public Voting Criteria“). In the event of a tie, the tie will be broken on the basis of the tied entrants’ scores in the “extent to which the entrant’s efforts reflect a “Rebel Spirit'” category. There is a limit of one vote per person and per Internet Protocol address per day.
  • Final Judging: The five Semi-Finalists whose Submissions receive the greatest number of votes during the Public Voting Period (the “Finalists“) will move on to the Final Judging Round. A panel of Judges, in their sole discretion, will assess the Finalists’ Submissions and select one (1) Grand Prize Winner and four (4) Runner Up Prize Winners from among all eligible Finalists based on the following criteria: the originality of the Finalist’s cause (50%), the quality of the Finalist’s Submission (10%), and the extent to which the Finalist’s efforts reflect a “Rebel Spirit” (40%) (the “Final Judging Criteria“). In the event of a tie, the tie will be broken on the basis of the tied entrants’ scores in the “extent to which the entrant’s efforts reflect a “Rebel Spirit'” category.
