Steve Jobs must be hopping mad that Gizmodo seems to have gotten its paws on the next iPhone and shown it online for the whole world to see. Apple has sued and put sites out of business for less than that. It looks cool, though.

Apparently a drunk developer left the phone at a Redwood City bar where the phone was found. I’m sure that guy is now out of a job.
I hope not, we all make mistakes.
I wonder if Apple (or the Police) is going to sue (or press charges against) Gizmodo for buying what amounts to stolen goods? And be forced to reveal the identity of the “thief”?
Could be a messy affair. And then again, maybe Apple is learning to play the viral marketing leak-the-news game?
