Olympus Firmware Updates for XZ-1, E-PL2 and E-5

Olympus has posted minor firmware updates for the following cameras:

  • XZ-1 – Resolves issue that occurrs when the POWER button of the dedicated flash units is operated.
  • E-PL2 – Changes default setting of Image Stabilizer (IS) to “On” when converter lens scene mode ([ FISHEYE EFFECT], [ WIDE-ANGLE], and [ MACRO]) are selected.
  • E-5 – Resolves issue of the LCD monitor color compensation being reset.
