Laowa has announced the Aksen series 1–5x (45mm f/2.8) and 5–10x (17.5mm f/1.7) Ultra Macro APO Lenses. These are high-magnification macro lenses with parfocal zoom, meaning that the focus on the subject remains locked even as you change magnification. The zoom mechanism is internal, allowing you to maintain the camera position and lighting setup even as you vary the magnification.
