ION AIR PRO HD SPORTS ACTION CAMERA SPONSORS CROXALL BROTHERS AT RED BULL CRASHED ICE EVENTS

The stage is set for an epic season opener on December 1st, in Niagara Falls, Canada. As the top ice cross downhill athletes from across Canada and around the globe get ready to hurtle down the 460 metre urban ice track. At speeds of 70 kph with massive drops, gaps, steps, hairpin turns, and big-air jumps. In front of thousands of roaring fans, as they battle it out for a chance to win Red Bull Crashed Ice glory.

Watch as Canadian athletes Kyle Croxall (last year’s World Champion) and rival / brother Scott Croxall (3rd place in last year) battle it out for the win. Scott and Kyle Croxall will be wearing the Ion Air Pro camera on their helmets as they race for the finish line in hope of winning first.

History was made as Kyle Croxall of Mississauga, Ontario brought home the 2011–2012 Red Bull Crashed Ice World Championship title in front of his home country crowd in Quebec City—the first time a Canadian has grasped the title in championship series! A veteran of the Crashed Ice events, Kyle is entering his 6th season and looking to become the first Canadian racer to win backto- back championships.

Last season, Scott emerged as a true star in the sport finishing third in total points at the Ice Cross Downhill World Championship. Despite competing against his older brother the two remain close, sharing training strategies and tips throughout the season. When he’s not barreling down the course, Scott splits his time between running his own business TEAMLTD and competing as a Professional Water Skier. This year Scott plans to surpass his older brother on the podium and ensure the championship remains in the family.
