Panasonic: New Lumix DMC-G7 Mirrorless Interchangeable Lens Camera: 4K Video (3840×2160), 4K PHOTO Feature Allows You to Extract 8MP Stills from 4K Video

The following video presents The new Lumix G7 – Never miss a moment with 4K Photo:

Formerly the preserve of professional filmakers and photographers, the Lumix G7 is opening up the world of 4K to everyone. Whether you’re making movie memories to last a lifetime, or taking amazing stills from your 4K footage, the G7 is changing photography, for good.

The Panasonic Lumic DMC-G7 is a mid-range mirrorless Interchangeable Lens Camera that adds 4K (3840×2160) video and photo. The new 4K PHOTO feature allows you to extract 8MP stills from 4K video so you do not really need to take a still during video recording anymore. The DMC-G7 features a 16MP sensor, high resolution (2,360k-dot) OLED Live View Finder(LVF), 3-inch 1040K-dot Free-Angle tilt/swivel touch screen display, built-in Wi-Fi, Starlight AF (-4EV low light auto focus lets you use moonlight as a light source), focus peaking, Continuous Shooting at 6fps.

The Panasonic Lumix DMC-G7 will be available in June for $799.99 (14-42mm kit lens) or $1099.99 (14-140mm lens).
