Jennifer Shaw was one of the many unfortunate people who experienced Hurricane Katrina as it swept across New Orleans. Hers is also the personal story of the dramatic birth of her first child on the day Katrina struck, of her personal struggle with depression, of her husband’s rage episodes, and of their eventual return to New Orleans. She tells her story in 46 images (pictures of miniature cars and figures) taken with her Holga camera.
