Fujifilm has updated its compact and lightweight entry-level APS-C mirrorless camera, the X-T30 III, featuring a 26.1-MP X-Trans CMOS 4 sensor, a Film Simulation Dial on the top plate, the latest AI Subject Recognition Tracking AF, a 3.0-in. 1.62M-dot Tilt Touch LCD, a 2.36M-dot EVF (0.62x equiv. magnification), and a handy built-in flash.

There is no IBIS (In-Body Image Stabilization), though digital image stabilization is available in movie mode. The kit lens offered alongside this camera, the XC13-33mmF3.5-6.3 OIS, is optically image stabilizrd. Video is at 6.2K/30P Open Gate, 4K/30P full-width, and slow motion video is also available at 4K/60P (1.18x crop).

Best of all, the X-T30 III retains the dedicated analog-style exposure dials: shutter speed dial and exposure compensation dial.

The Fujifilm X-T30 III will be available late November 2025 at a MSRP of US $999.95 and CAD $1,249.99. A camera/lens kit with the the newly-announced XC13-33mmF3.5-6.3 OIS lens will be available mid December 2025 at a MSRP of US $1,149.95 and CAD $1,449.99.

Product Features

Advanced image processing delivers superb results and fast, accurate autofocus

  • FUJIFILM X-T30 III features a back-side illuminated 26.1-megapixel X-TransTM CMOS 4 sensor and the latest high-speed X-Processor 5 image processor. Thanks to improved power efficiency, battery life is now 425 frames per charge (when using Economy Mode).
  • The camera uses the latest subject detection autofocus powered by deep-learning AI technology. In addition to face and eye detection, it automatically recognizes and tracks a wide range of subjects, including animals, birds, cars, motorcycles, bicycles, airplanes, trains, insects, and drones1.
  • X-T30 III supports up to 6.2K/30p internal recording in HEVC 4:2:2 10-bit quality. It also features high frame rate options including 4K/60p and 1080/240p. Powerful digital image stabilization reduces both small amounts of shake and more pronounced movement, such as recording video while walking.

Compact, lightweight design with Film Simulation dial expands creative options

  • FUJIFILM X-T30 III is the same size and weight as its predecessor, X-T30 II, making it ideal as an everyday carry. It measures 4.66×3.26×1.84in (118.4×82.8×46.8mm) and weighs 13.3oz2 (378g). The central viewfinder and dial-based design offers the same classic film- camera experience as other models in the X-T range.
  • A total of 20 Film Simulations, including REALA ACE and NOSTALGIC Neg, can be accessed via the top-plate Film Simulation dial. This unique digital color reproduction technology faithfully recreates the look of traditional analog films, making it easy to get great results straight out of camera, even for first-time digital camera users.
  • The dial has three customizable positions3 (FS1-FS3), where users can save their favorite Film Simulation and selected image settings as original Film Simulation recipes. These can be accessed quickly by turning the dial, adding extra creative options for different scenes and subjects, using options including Grain Effect, Color Tone, and Highlights, for a truly bespoke look.
