Can watching a video make your heart beat faster? Of course, it happens everytime we watch a movie, especially of the dramatic kind. This video by Paul Schneider “experiments in sound, small moments, dynamic build and human intensity” as it shows us snippets of people traning hard at the Windy City Crossfit gym. It’s short at only 1:30 but packed with enough drama to start inducing adrenaline flowing through our veins.
