It’s the only authenticated picture of the infamous outlaw Billy the Kid and he apparently paid 25 cents to have the photo taken in Fort Sumner, New Mexico. That was 130 years ago and yesterday night billionaire William Koch paid $2.3 million for the rights to own it.
