The Common Sense Series @ Luminous Landscape

Sean Reid starts a new series of articles over at The Luminous Landscape entitled, “The Common Sense Series.” As you would expect, he uses his many years of using professional photography equipment to preserve what seems to be vanishing from camera design: controls and design that basically derives from basic common sense. The first article in the series covers the fact that “Photographers Have Noses.”

Read the article at: The Luminous Landscape.

Could it be that since Asians in general have flat noses, this might explain why the “oily nose syndrome” discussed in the article has not come up as a big concern for Japanese camera designers? Just sayin’.
