British Photographer settles over images of dog dressed as Che Guevara

The idea is a great one: sell mugs and t-shirts with images of famous people, but substitute the faces of the celebrities with those of look-alike cats, dogs and other animals. This is where the Cuban revolutionary dog-lookalike comes in.

However, the daughter of the photographer who captured the iconic picture of Che Guevara more than 50 years ago sued for image rights infrindgement — and Takkoda, the UK gift company at the middle of the controversy, decided to settle out of court.
