This is probably Instagram’s most famous picture, though you would be forgiven if you thought otherwise. It was just about an hour ago that Instagram noticed a server spike and investigated. The reason: Justin Bieber started to use it, had posted his first picture and had tweeted his 11 million followers: La traffic sucks http://instagr.am/p/IMhuj/.
