Marc Newson on the design of the Pentax K-01

Marc Newson, one of the most acclaimed and influential contemporary designers, has created a new camera for PENTAX. In this video he discusses why he chose to design a camera for PENTAX, his love of photography and how he defines the K-01. The Pentax K-01 is a mirrorless, though not compact, DSLR, pointing to the future of DSLRs when the redundant mirror and optical viewfinder are removed once and for all.
