Nikon Canada today announces the release of the 24.2-megapixel Nikon D3200 HD-SLR, designed for the photography enthusiast who is ready to transition from a compact digital camera to a digital SLR or HD-SLR.
Some of the key features of the Nikon D3200 include:
- A 24.2-megapixel DX-format CMOS sensor
- Full HD (1080p) video recording with full-time autofocus
- Nikon’s Guide Mode, which provides step-by-step photo instructions for capturing the best possible images

Additionally, Nikon Canada is releasing the optional WU-1a Wireless Mobile Adapter which, when connected to the camera, can wirelessly send images to mobile devices like smartphones and tablets, preview an image before shooting, and control the camera from a remote location.
