It’s always fascinating to see the behind the scenes of actual photos, especially those that make the covers of magazines like Time. In this behind the scenes video, TIME commissioned photographer Martin Schoeller to photograph five of this years TIME 100 honorees— Amy Chua, author of Battle Hymn of the Tiger Mother, Oprah Winfrey, Wael Ghonim, the Google employee and Egyptian activist who helped lead the revolution, chef Grant Achatz, and comedian Amy Poehler.
