I could be wrong but I remember reading somewhere that if you took a photo and modified it enough, you could then use it as though it were your own. But how much does it need to be modified? T-Shirt company Sugar Factory says, 40% is sufficient, though Vancouver based photographer Ryan Doco Connors maintains his picture of model Kelsey Harker is still very recognizable.

So, he is fighting back. By letting the world know what Sugar Factory did. And it worked.
