Here’s an Original and Genial idea (hence, “OriGenial!”) concept idea from Yanko Designs (designer Weng Jie): the Solar Camera Strap is a regular camera neck strap with thin solar films across the width of the strap to harness solar energy which could be used to either keep the camera’s battery topped up, power the camera directly, or more realistically, to recharge a second battery tugged into a pocket on the strap.
