Seriously, you’d think that the best place to photograph a soccer player running full speed toward the camera and kicking a ball would be done on the field. But that’s not what Thomas Hoeffgen did when he set it up in a studio. Watch as NY Red Bulls Rafa Marquez runs full tilt and kicks the football (or soccer ball) to only have it sometimes yanked right out of his feet — like Lucy does to Charlie Brown. I kid you not.
