MAC Group USA Announces Free Case Promotion With Purchase of PocketWizard® Radio PlusX 2Pack

PlusX 2Pack and Case promotion are available in the U.S. only

North White Plains, NY – (December 3, 2013)MAC Group, a leading manufacturer and distributor of professional photographic equipment, announces today a special Winter Holiday PocketWizard radio PlusX 2Pack with mail-in promotion for a free PocketWizard storage case.

“The PocketWizard PlusX 2Pack is the perfect gift purchase and first purchase for both entry level wireless shooters and current Plus II owners,” said Phil Bradon, PocketWizard Marketing Manager for MAC Group USA, the U.S. distributor of PocketWizard wireless triggering systems. “The GWiz Squared Case, available by included mail-in rebate, is the perfect carrier for up to 4 radios and accessories.”

The 10 Channel PlusX uses PocketWizard’s patented “Auto-Sensing Transceiver Technology” which means it will automatically switch between transmit and receive as needed. Users just turn it on, connect it to the flash or camera and set the channel using its simple, rotary-dial. The PlusX radio automatically figures out what it needs to do to trigger remote flashes or cameras. It features a side-profile design and internal antenna to minimize obstruction and increase durability. The PlusX is compatible with every PocketWizard FCC-version radio marketed in the USA and virtually every popular flash and camera system. And it also works with all PocketWizard-enabled studio flash units including select Profoto, Dynalite, Norman and Photogenic flashes as well as Sekonic light meters.

The PlusX 2Pack also qualifies for the PocketWizard Winter Holiday instant rebate for U.S. customers. Each PlusX in the 2Pack qualifies for a $15 instant rebate for a total savings of $30 at the time of purchase.
