Firmware Version 126.96.36.199 incorporates the following additions and improvements:
- IP streaming has been added, which is an image (video) transmission method.
- Slow and fast motion recording function has been added for the MP4 format.
- Improved zoom operation when using the Browser Remote application.
- Improved the user interface to simplify configuration of the camcorder network settings.
Firmware Version 188.8.131.52 is for XF205 camcorders with Firmware Version 1.0.0.xx – 1.0.2.xx. If your camcorder’s firmware is already Version 1.0.3.xx, it is not necessary to update the firmware. Once the camcorder is updated to the latest version, it cannot be restored to a previous version.
