CCD), 12x wide-angle optical zoom (25-300mm equiv.), optical Image Stabilization, 2.7-in. (230K dots) LCD, Intelligent AUTO (iA) mode, PASM, Scene modes, Face Recognition, and HD movie 1280 x 720 @ 30fps with monaural sound. Unlike the Panasonic ZS7 / TZ10, the Panasonic ZS5 / TZ8 is not GPS-enabled.

TechRadar has posted their review of the Ricoh GXR, an “interchangeable unit camera system” that swaps both the lens and associated image sensor as an integrated unit. Currently, there are two units available: the A12 has a 50mm F2.5 Macro lens with a 12.3M (23.6 x 15.7mm) CMOS sensor; the S10 has a 24-72mm F2.5-4.4 lens with a 10M (1/1.7-in.) CCD sensor. The camera has a 3.0-in. high resolution (920,000 dots) LCD.

TechRadar has published their review of the Olympus E-P2, a Digital Interchangeable Lens System camera with 12.3MP resolution (on a 17.3 x 13.0 mm High Speed Live MOS Sensor), Sensor-shift Image Stabilization, Dust Reduction, an extra large 3.0-in. LCD (230K dots), HD Movie (1280×720 @ 30fps) with stereo sound, Intelligent AUTO (auto scene recognition), Scene Modes, AF Tracking, Face Detection, Shadow Adjustment Technology, PASM modes, Shutter speed range of 60 – 1/4000 sec. plus Bulb (up to 30 min.), Continuous Shooting at 3fps, RAW file format, Digital Level, MF Assist, a hot shoe, Live View Autofocus system with real time focus, Multiple Exposure, six built-in Art Filters and ePortrait. In a welcomed change for an Olympus digital camera, the E-P1 uses the Secure Digital (SD / SDHC) memory cards. Included in the box is also a high resolution (1.44M dots) electronic Live Viewfinder.

The GF1 features 1280 x 720 High Definition video in AVCHD Lite, My Color mode with seven preset effects, Live View with fast contrast AF, Intelligent Auto mode, Scene modes, Face Detection, Face Recognition, AF Tracking, Intelligent ISO, Intelligent Exposure, Intelligent Scene Selector, built-in flash, 3.0-in. Intelligent LCD (460,000 dots), Dust Reduction system, and an optional Live View Finder attachable via the hot shoe.
