Its 39-point AF system is unique in its class and provides better focus-tracking of moving subjects compared to other entry-level DSLRs. This DSLR can shoot at 5 FPS continuously and record full 1080p HD video with stereo-sound. AF is available during video recording, even continuous autofocus, using a standard Contrast-Detect AF system, rather than the 39-point Phase-Detect one.

Nikon Coolpix A Review

The Coolpix A is the latest Nikon digital camera. It packs a sensor the same size as DSLR cameras with a 1.5X crop-factor and matches it with a 18.5mm F/2.8 Nikkor lens which is equivalent to a 28mm wide-angle lens on a full-frame camera.
