Point-and-Shoot
The Sony DSC-P73 Cyber-shot features 4.1
megapixels resolution, a 3x optical zoom, macro
as close as 10 cm (3.9 in.), and easy-to-use scene
modes. It has the characteristic sleek look popularized
by Sony.
The P73 basically has the same features as the
P93, but on a smaller image sensor. It has AF
Illuminator to help focusing in low-light situations,
burst mode allows 4 shots to be taken one after
the other, and a manual mode allows the use of
a long 30 sec.for night photography. It even has
a live histogram which can be displayed in both
capture and playback. The P73 features PictBridge
compatibility, so you can print directly from
the camera without going through a computer.
The Sony DSC-P73 Cyber-shot is an entry-level
digital camera that should appeal to point-and-shoot
photographers looking for a sleek, compact and
affordable digital camera.
