The Sony P72 is one of the new digital cameras from Sony that accepts the new Memory Stick Pro. It has 3.2 megapixels resolution, a 3x optical zoom and a maximum aperture of F2.8. An Auto Focus Illuminator helps in low-light photography. For those who are interested in the movie capability of a digital camera, the P72 allows the capture pf MPEG VX movie VGA (640x480) audio/video clips with length limited only by the capacity of the MemoryStick storage media you're using.

The Sony P72 is an entry-level digital camera that should appeal to point-and-shoot photographers looking for a sleek and compact digital camera.
