COMMENT
Samsung has issued a firmware update for the TL500 (US) — also known as the EX1 (Canada and rest of the World):
- We improved intermittent error when you turn it on by using playback button.
- System stabilization
Note that you do need to download and apply the appropriate firmware update version depending on whether your model says EX1 (Ver. 006291) or TL500 (Ver. 006254).
Download firmware update at: Samsung Imaging. Click on the DOWNLOAD tab and scroll down to the FIRMWARE section.
