The use of a RC Helicopter should be in any real estate photographer’s bag of tricks. This video of Venice Beach, LA, shows how interesting a survey of the area can be. I bet this could also be used indoors instead of doing a walk through room by room using a stabilizer. And the best thing is that you don’t even need to leave your chair or coconut tree, as the desire strikes you, while filming your video.
