Pentax *ist DS2

Category: Advanced Amateur - Prosumer

The Pentax *ist DS2 continues to be one of the lightest and smallest digital SLR available. It has 6.1MP resolution, a bright, high-precision Pentaprism viewfinder with 0.95X magnification, and a fast and high-precision 11-point autofocus. It accepts many of the PENTAX KAF bayonet mount lenses.

The LCD monitor is now an extra large 2.5 in. making reviewing images even easier, even on sunny days. It uses the Secure Digital (SD) memory card, and provides High Speed USB 2.0 data transfer.

The Pentax *ist DS2 has a high-rigidity stainless-steel chassis body which, together with its compact size, makes it an ideal digital SLR for travel.
