The Olympus Stylus 770 SW is "the
world's most durable digital camera." Drop
it (from 5ft), dunk it (to 33ft), freeze it (-10°C/14°F)
or even try to crush it (up to 220lbf), and it
will keep taking photos.
Like the Stylus 720 SW that it replaces, the
Olympus Stylus 770 SW's durable construction is
designed to withstand a five-foot drop, bump,
or other mishap, so your camera and images are
protected. Innovative waterproof sealant technologies
allow you to take pictures in the pool, at the
waterpark or in the ocean -- down to depths of
33 feet (10m) and even record underwater
movies with sound.
Two new "tough" capabilities have been
added to the Stylus 770 SW:
The 770 SW is now winterized to perform at
below-freezing temperatures. So, now there is
no excuse not to take it skiing or sledding.
The stainless steel body and reinforced LCD
makes the Stylus 770 SW able to withstand up
to 220 lbs. of pressure. Forgot it at the bottom
of your backpack? No problem!
The built-in, on-screen manometer can measure
air and water pressure to calculate the altitude
and depth of your photos.
27 useful shooting modes, including QuickTime
(640 x 480) 15fps with sound and 4 Under Water
scene modes. LCD Bright Capture Technology allows
for enhanced previewing in low light.
There is no other digital camera like it in
its category. With the ultra-compact Olympus
Stylus 770 SW, you now have no excuse not
to always have this perfect travel companion with
you -- anywhere, literally.
