This
Olympus EVOLT E-330 Review is based on a production

where specified.

As a follow-up to the E-300, the Olympus EVOLT
E-330 is a successful improvement with excellent
image quality up to ISO 400, with ISO 800 usable.
It also handles and operates better and provides
lots of customizable settings.
The Olympus 14-45mm f/3.5-5.6 Zuiko Digital Lens
captures extremely sharp and detailed images and
can be purchased as a kit with the Olympus E-330.
You can also purchase any of the lenses specially
designed for the Four Thirds Standard by any vendor
(other than Olympus, there's currently Sigma and
Leica).
By providing the first ever Live View LCD on
a DSLR and tons of easy-to-use Scene Modes, the
Olympus E-330 seems to be targeting the amateur
photographers who want to make the jump from consumer
P&S digicams to a DSLR but are not quite sure
they want to leave behind all the good stuff they
are used to.
The Live View LCD is tiltatble and provides a
flexibility in composing currently not available
in any other DSLR (except its cousins: the Panasonic
L1 and Leica Digilux 3). The Olympus EVOLT
E-330 also has an effective Dust Reduction
System, dual media support (xD-Picture Card and
CompactFlash / Microdrive), and full exposure
flexibility.
