Nikon D3s Back View
Imaging Resource has published their preview of the Nikon D3s, a pro-level digital SLR camera with a standard ISO performance of 12,800, expandable to an amazing ISO 102,400, which is also applicable to its HD Movie capability (1280 x 720 @ 24fps). The Nikon D3s features 12.1MP resolution on a brand new full-frame CMOS image sensor, 51 AF points (with 15 cross type sensors and 36 horizontal sensors), Image Sensor Cleaning Function, PASM, Scene Recognition System, Active D-Lighting, Picture Control System, 3.0-in. LCD (920K dots), built-in monoaural microphone (augmented by a stereo microphone input), HDMI port, Continuous Shooting 9fps, RAW file format, moisture, dust and shock resistance, UDMA compatible CompactFlash™ card slots, dedicated Live View button, Electronic Virtual Horizon, Quiet Shutter Mode, and optional GPS Unit GP-1.
