Good Deals - Spend Responsibly

It seems that every retailer is trying to get you to spend your money this Black Friday and coming Holiday Season. As we look out at the financial crisis that is upon us (and it's just the beginning), it seems irresponsible for us to be encouraging you to "spend ourselves out of this recession."

Instead, the editors of Photoxels would like our readers to practice fiscal prudence and responsibility. Yes, there are good sales out there, but spend only if you can afford it. Take a hard long look at whether you really need that new digital camera now -- or whether that money would better be spent on food, housing, education and other of life's necessities. This economic crisis will pass and we would like you to be still in good financial standing and be able to enjoy it then.

And, please do not forget the less fortunate in your midst.
