National Geographic International Photography Contest 2009 begins 11:59 p.m. Wednesday, August 5, 2009.
Contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (excluding Arizona, New Jersey and Vermont) and the District of Columbia, United Kingdom, Canada (excluding the province of Quebec), Australia, Republic of Ireland, India, South Africa and New Zealand who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry.
The first-place winner in each Category will each receive a digital camera kit. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each first-place prize is U.S. $1,000.
