Category:
Beginner to Serious Amateur
The Konica Minolta DiMAGE Z6 is an upgrade
from the Z5, now featuring 6.0 effective megapixels,
a Konica Minolta GT APO lens, and CxProcess
III image processing technology. It delivers 12x
optical zoom with Konica Minoltas unique
Anti-Shake system that stabilizes the CCD instead
of the lens. Image stabilization reduces image
blur caused by camera shake, essential at long
focal lengths and low shutter speeds.
The Konica Minolta Z6 retains the distinctive
futuristic look, with clean and smooth rounded
lines and corners. It's Rapid autofocus (AF) offers
great autofocus speed with Predictive Focus Control.
Progressive Capture mode ensures high-speed shooting
of fast-moving subjects even at maximum resolution
(2,816 x 2,112 pixels).
The Konica Minolta Z6 retains a Super Macro mode
that allows focusing as close as 1 cm (0.4 in.).
The LCD monitor is 2.0-inch with a standard 114,000
pixels resolution. The viewfinder is also electronic
(EVF). Optional accessories include the Wide-angle
Converter ZCW-300 Kit that provides a 35mm equivalent
of 26mm wide-angle shooting, and the Konica Minolta
Program/Maxxum Flash 3600HS(D), 5600HS(D), and
2500(D).
The Konica Minolta Z6 provides full exposure
flexibility and, like the Z5 before it, will appeal
to soccer moms and wildlife photographers, both
beginner and serious amateur photographers, who
desire an ultra zoom digital camera with easy
point-and-shoot as well as flexible exposure control
-- with Anti-Shake, and a very affordable price.
