The Kodak EasyShare Z885 features 8.1MP resolution and a KODAK
5x optical zoom lens (36–180 mm, 35 mm equiv.).
It is an easy-to-use point-and-shoot compact digital camera with P mode, a Manual mode to select aperture and shutter speed, plus Smart Scene Mode that automatically selects the scene mode for some of the more challenging lighting situations.
There is a large 2.5-in. LCD screen (115K pixels) and you can view a Live Histogram. Record VGA video (640 × 480) at 30 fps with sound.
The Kodak PERFECT TOUCH Technology brightens pictures that look too dark, and Digital IS (anti-blur scene mode) will automatically select a high ISO to help eliminate or reduce blur due to camera shake and/or subject movement.
The Kodak EasyShare Z885 should appeal
to beginner amateur photographers
desiring an easy-to-use digital camera
with enough manual exposure for creative photography.
