The Kodak EasyShare Z8612 IS features 8.1MP resolution, a SCHNEIDER-KREUZNACH VARIOGON
12x optical zoom lens (36–432 mm, 35 mm equiv.) with optical image stabilization
and a large 2.5-in. high resolution (230K) LCD monitor.
The Kodak Z8612 IS provides full exposure flexibility,
including Program AE, Aperture-Priority, Shutter-Priority
and Manual modes, plus 17 easy-to-use Scene Modes
and QuickTime movie with
sound (640×480) at 30 fps.
Practical features include selectable grid lines, on-camera cropping, blurry picture alert, digital redeye reduction, Live Histogram and PERFECT TOUCH Technology to clear up dark shadows. PictBridge technology enables photos to be printed
directly from the Kodak Z8612 IS to any PictBridge-enabled
printer.
