The Kodak Z650 provides full exposure flexibility,

and Manual modes, plus 17 easy-to-use Scene Modes
and QuickTime (640 x 480) 11fps movie with sound.
PictBridge technology enables photos to be printed
directly from the Kodak Z650 to any PictBridge-enabled
