The Kodak EasyShare V803 is an easy-to-use
digital camera that produces good image quality
at a very affordable price. It is ultra compact
with a flush design and is available in no less
than 8 different colours. Optional accessories
further enable you to personalize the camera.
Like the other model in the V Series, the Kodak
V803 retains the unique on-camera panorama stitching
that makes taking panorama shots easy and fun.
It's great for group shots and wide landscapes.
However, because it does not have the ultra-wide
angle lens of the Dual Lens V Series digital cameras,
the 3 shots cover less than 180°.
The Kodak V803 is a Point-and-Shoot camera with
Auto (Programmed Auto) mode, easy-to-use Scene
Modes, and everything designed to make it simple
to use. It sports 8.0MP resolution and colours
are typical Kodak, i.e. saturated right out of
the camera.
The Kodak V803 is compact enough to fit in your
pocket. Those with large hands would want to try
out its small control buttons first. A large 2.5
in. LCD monitor with 150,000 pixels resolution
gains up slightly in low-light.
The Kodak V803 is part of Kodak's EasyShare series
which makes it simple to produce 4x6 in. borderless
prints using the optional EasyShare G600 Printer
Dock at a touch of a button. Overall, it is a
fun camera and potential purchasers are those
who are attracted to its affordability, simplicity
of use, easy on-camera panorama stitching for
spectacular landscape shots, plus the possibility
to personalize it.
