iEducation from Apple?

Is Apple about to enter the education field with an iTunes store dedicated to educational textbooks? Apparently, Jobs wanted textbooks rewritten for the iPad — a long-suffering endeavor since it is such pain to use proprietary code an app for every single book instead of having something like Flipboard or Onswipe taking care of any type of textbook. Well, rumors are that this is the next big thing at Apple. Wonder if Apple will price the iPad and the iTextbooks right for schools — or continue the price gouging that educational textbook publishers having been practicing for ever?
