I can see this becoming the killer app for Google. Imagine just pointing at the night sky and identifying the constellations, planets, etc. Imagine this technology in your digital camera: just point and it automatically saves relevant information into the meta data for the picture you’re taking. Meeting at a restaurant and a friend can’t fins the place? Point your phone to the restaurant, take a picture and send to your friend: she receives a picture, a gps location to guide her right to the front door, the restaurant name and a street map if needed.
