Fujifilm FinePix J50

Fujifilm FinePix J50

Category: Point-and-Shoot

The Fujifilm FinePix J50 features 8.2 megapixel resolution on a 1/2.5-in. CCD image sensor, 5.0x optical zoom (37mm-185mm, 35mm equiv.), and a large 2.7-in. high resolution (230,000 pixels) LCD screen in a body that is only 23mm thin.

The Fujifilm J50 has Program AE mode plus 15 scene modes. Movie recording is 640 x 480 pixels @ 30 fps with monaural sound. It accepts xD-Picture Card as well as Secure Digital (SD/SDHC) memory cards.

Picture Stabilization technology favours a high ISO so a fast enough shutter speed can be used to reduce or eliminate blur due to camera shake and subject motion.

The Fujifilm FinePix J50 is targeted to everyone who simply wants an affordable and easy-to-use point-and-shoot digital camera. It is available in Black or Silver. [In Canada, the FinePix J50 is available in Black only.]
