Fujifilm FinePix J12
TrustedReviews has posted their review of the Fujifilm FinePix J12 [Specs], the “best camera you’re likely to find at this price point” with 8MP resolution (1/2.5-in. CCD), 3x optical zoom (38-114mm equiv.), and a large 3.5-in. LCD (230K dots). The J12 is ultra compact at 19mm thin and can be easily carried in a pocket. It records movies at 640×340 30fps with sound.
