R&R
17.4mm, Manual, Pattern, 1/160s, F4.9, ISO 64
The Fujifilm FinePix F470 is a stylishly
slim and well-built ultra-compact with an aluminum
body. At 19.7mm (0.8 in.) thin, it is JeansPocket
Certified.
This camera is strictly targeted to Point-and-Shoot
photographers. It has 6.0MP resolution, a 3x optical
zoom, and very good image quality. AUTO
and Scene Modes (SP) simplify shooting, and a
limited Manual (M) scene mode (essentially Programmed
Auto mode) allows exposure compensation and preset
White Balance control.
The extra large 2.5-in. LCD monitor has an average
115,000 pixels resolution with a fast refresh
rate of 60fps for a very clear and smooth display.
Autofocus will hunt for 1-2 sec. in low-light
or with low contrast subjects before locking and
allowing the shutter to fire. if you prefocus,
there is no practical shutter lag.
ISO 64 and 100 produce very low noise images.
Chromatic Aberration can be a problem in high
contrast shots.
The Fujifilm FinePix F470 has good looks
and handling, and more importantly, it is point-and-shoot
simplicity to use and produces very good image
quality.

Able to hold a small camera
steady and gentle with shutter release. |

Do not need more exposure
