Canon SD780 IS Review @ Imaging Resource

Wed April 1, 2009

Canon PowerShot SD780 IS

Canon PowerShot SD780 IS

Imaging Resource has posted their review of the Canon PowerShot SD780 IS [Specs], an ultra compact digital camera that "doesn’t measure up to Canon’s better current pocket cameras, like the Canon SD880 IS" with its 12.1MP resolution (1/2.3-in. CCD), 3x optical zoom (33-100mm equiv.), optical image stabilization, an optical viewfinder, 2.5-in. LCD (230K dots), HD movie (1920×1080) @ 30fps, Smart AUTO, Face Detection, Face Detection Self-timer and Intelligent Contrast Correction.

Editor’s note: Another interesting review which contradicts the one from Steve’s Digicams a few days back. As always, we encourage our readers to always "get a second opinion" (even from our own reviews) — a second perspective — and then make up your own mind.
