Canon PowerShot A400

Category: Point-and-Shoot

The Canon PowerShot A400 is an entry-level point-and-shoot digital camera with 3.2 megapixels resolution (which allows prints up to 8x10 in.). It has a sleek look and has an exceptional price: at US$179.99, it is sure to be an attractively priced entry-level digital camera.

Billed as a fun camera, the Canon A400 comes in four colours: Silver, Sky Blue, Lime Green and Sunset Gold. First-time photographers will find the scene modes helpful. An AF-Assist beam helps the camera achieve focus in low-light situations. The A400 is the first A-series digital camera to use the miniature SecureDIgital (SD) media.

If you're looking for an easy to use point-and-shoot digital camera, you may want to give the Canon PowerShot A400 a try. It is small enough to carry anywhere, and makes a perfect present for the first-time digital camera user.
