The Canon PowerShot SD870 IS Digital ELPH
/ Digital IXUS 860 IS is a compact digital
camera with a stylish dual tone design available in two elegant colors. It features 8.0MP resolution, a 3.8x wide-angle optical zoom with optical Image Stabilizer
technology to reduce camera shake. The wide-angle coverage is perfect for wide landscapes or to include a large group of friends and family.
There
is an extra large 3.0-in. LCD with a high 230,000 pixels
resolution, a wide angle viewing, anti-glare and anti-scratch coating for easier on-camera viewing.
Canon Face Detection Technology sets the focus, exposure and flash automatically. A Print/Share Button allows for easy direct printing and downloading, plus ID Photo Print and Movie Print with select PIXMA Photo Printers, CP and SELPHY Compact Photo Printers.
The Canon SD870 IS allows you to shoot a clip
of 640x480 movie at 30fps until the SD memory
card is full (4GB clips at a time or 1 hour, whichever is reached first). Time Lapse Movie (without sound) allows you to record events from a fixed perspective, such as the spectacle of a flower budding over time, or view changing elements in a short period.
