The Canon D10 is also Waterproof down to 10m (33 feet), Freezeproof to -10°C (14°F) and Shockproof to 1.22m (4 feet). Perfect for scuba diving, snorkeling, surfing, snowboarding, mountaineering and anywhere the going gets rough.
Face Detection finds and tracks the faces of moving subjects. Exposure, flash and white balance are also set appropriately so that faces exhibit natural skin tones and backgrounds are properly exposed. In addition, a Face Detection Self-timer automatically detects an increase in the number of faces so there's no need to rush in. Intelligent Contrast Correction brightens dark areas in pictures.
Blink Detection detects closed eyes in your subject's face, display a "blink warning" icon for 3 seconds, allowing you to re-take the shot before your subject or subjects move on. Smart AUTO intelligently selects the proper settings for the camera based on 18 predefined shooting situations.
Movie can be shot at 640 x 480 @ 30 fps and a clip can be up to 4GB or 60 min.
