Tthe Fujifilm FinePix Z70 is stylish, ultra compact and features 12.2MP resolution (1/2.3-in. CCD), 5x optical zoom (36-180mm equiv.), and a 6.9-cm (2.7-in.) LCD display screen (230k-dot) in a super-slim JeansCertified™ metal body with a horizontal sliding cover.
You can shoot High-Definition (HD) movie 1280×720 pixels (720p) at 30fps with monaural sound. A new Facebook/YouTube Automatic Upload feature makes for quicker and easier modes of posting photos/videos on social networking sites. The one-touch easy web upload button allows users to mark a photo for Facebook or YouTube upload. Once the camera is connected to a PC and MyFinePix Studio software is launched, all marked photos or movies will upload directly to Facebook or YouTube at the press of a button.
You can get creative and add your own finishing touches to your videos and images using B&W, Sepia, or dynamic lighting effect. Web Mode lets you add special effects to your photos: choose from Sepia, Contrast, Brightness, Diagonal Crop or Face Mosaic.
Other features include: Tracking Auto Focus, Face Detection with Automatic Red-eye Removal, and Intelligent Scene Recognition.
The Fujifilm FinePix Z70 is ideal for young people looking for a slim and fashionable digital camera that is point-and-shoot easy to use. It is priced at about US $150 (CAD $170).
