CCD) resolution, 12x wide-angle optical zoom (25-300mm equiv.), optical Image Stabilization, 2.7-in. LCD (230K dots), Intelligent Auto (iA) Technology (which automatically combines Subject Detection, Shake Detection, Motion Detection, Face Detection AF/AE, Scene Detection and Light Detection), Macro Zoom, Panorama Assist, Leveling, and Movie 848×480 @ 30fps.

SONY Family Portrait Weekend

November 14 & 15, 11 am – 4 pm

Status: Available (No registration required)

Get ready to strike a pose! For one exciting weekend, professional photographers from SONY will be on site at the Royal Ontario Museum for a range of fun family activities.

Presented in cooperation with Sony of Canada Ltd., children and their parents will hone their photography skills using a SONY Digital SLR camera to take great portraits.

Activities will include an interactive photo shoot, a dress-up zone, a scavenger hunt and an opportunity for families to print out their portraits and take them home. This program is presented in conjunction with the exhibition Vanity Fair Portraits: Photographs 1913 – 2008, presented by the Bay.
